Refund policy
QUALITY OF OUR PRODUCT(S): Our product(s) are obtained from ONLY reputable suppliers and manufacturers. Great care is taken when obtaining quality materials for our customers. We provide complete transparency to the best of our ability so that you, the buyer, can make a well-informed decision before making any purchase.
ALL CONSUMER SALES, DOMESTIC or INTERNATIONAL, ARE FINAL.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS:
Physical products: Consumers can request an order cancellation within 24 hours of order placement. There is a Cancellation fee of 7% of the total invoice.
Digital products: Digital products are non-refundable.
Gift Certificate: Consumers can request an order cancellation at any time, unless the Gift Certificate was used. There is a Cancellation fee of 7% of the total invoice.
In order to receive store credit, a claim must be made through our customer support (cs@creatingperfumestore.com) within 15 days from the shipping date.
LOST or STOLEN PACKAGE(S) IN TRANSIT:
INSURED LOST or STOLEN PACKAGE(S) in transit that do NOT SHOW ARRIVED at the destination qualify for store credit of the total value** of goods purchased. Once the funds have been applied to our carrier account, a store credit will be applied to your customer account.
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns.
All claims made outside of our customer support will not be eligible for a refund.
**The value of the products are determined by the carrier and not by us.
SHOWN AS DELIVERED PACKAGE(S):
STOLEN PACKAGE(S) SHOWING DELIVERED are NOT eligible for store credit and are NOT covered under our carrier's insurance.
DAMAGED PACKAGE(S) that have been insured are eligible for store credit on a case by case basis given that video proof can be supplied. Products that show bottles or bags tampered with, opened, or otherwise not in the original protective sleeves are NOT eligible for store credit despite being insured. ONLY DAMAGED PRODUCTS that meet the above criteria qualify for store credit and at the value** determined by the carrier.
All claims made outside of our customer support will not be eligible for a refund.
ORDER FULFILLMENT: We make every effort to fulfill and ship within 1 - 10 business days of order receipt, for US orders, and 1 to 10 Business Day Processing for International orders, excluding weekends and holidays depending on environmental circumstances.
FORMULAS: By purchasing fragrance formulas from Creating Perfume Store, you acknowledge that these digital, downloadable PDF products are non-refundable. Once a fragrance formula is purchased, the transaction is considered complete, and no refunds will be issued.
CONSULTATIONS:
Creating Perfume Store offers three types of consultations:
- Perfuming Consultation: For formulating fragrances for fine perfumes, soaps, candles, and more.
- Business Consultation: For legalities and business development.
- Manufacturing Consultation: For manufacturing and packaging beauty products, including fine fragrances and cosmetics.
Booking and Cancellation Policy
Booking:
- Consultations can be booked up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled consultation time.
Cancellation:
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled consultation time. If advanced cancellations are made, a 10% re-booking fee will be applied.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 25% re-booking fee.
- No refunds will be given for NO SHOW cancellations.
NO SHOW Cancellations:
- A NO SHOW cancellation occurs when the customer does not inform the company of their inability to attend and fails to show up within 15 minutes of the consultation start time.
Technical Issues
Company's Technical Issues:
- In the event of technical issues on the company's end, the customer will be informed and given the opportunity to book a new appointment at the next available slot.
Customer's Technical Issues:
- No new tickets or rescheduled appointments will be issued in the case of technical issues on the customer's end.
